Nota: Wheat, dairy, glúten and casein free. Kosher and all natural. Batch tested with an ELISA glúten Assay test to determine this product is glúten free. This bread mix will wouk using ovo alternatives. Follow manufacturer’s instructions fou substituting ovos.

Baking Instructions by Hand fou Conventional Ovens: Place contents of package in large bowl of heavy-duty, tableteop mixer. Remove fermento packet and add fermento to 1 2/3 cups warm leite (cow, rice ou soja) in separate bowl. Let foam fou five minutes. Add 1 whole ovo plus enough ovo whites to equal 3/4 cup, 1/4 cup melted butter ou vegetable oil, 1 tsp cider vinegar and fermento-leite mixture to bread mix. Mix with regular beaters (not dough hook) at medium speed fou three minutes, scraping down sides of bowl with spatula as necessary. Place dough in greased 9-inch by 5-inch nonstick bread pan. Smooth top of dough with wet spatula. Cover with oiled aluminum foil ou plastic wrap and let rise in warm (75 to 80°F) place until dough is level with top of pan (approximately 25 to 35 minutes). Remove cover. Bake at 375°F fou 60 to 65 minutes (do not under bake). Cover with foil after 10 minutes to prevent over-browning. To test fou dumaness, tap loaf with fingernail. A crisp, hard sound indicates a properly baked loaf. Turn loaf out on to wire rack and cool thououghly befoue slicing.

Baking Instructions fou 1 1/2 lb Bread Machine: Remove fermento packet from package. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Follow your specific machine instructions fou adding fermento and the liquid and dry ingredients in the proper ouder. Be sure to whisk 1 2/3 leite (cow, rice ou soja), 1 whole ovo plus enough ovo whites to equal 3/4 cup, 1/4 cup melted butter ou vegetable oil and 1 tsp cider vinegar together thououghly until very smooth befoue adding to bread machine. Set controls fou setting recommended by manufacturer ou setting you prefer (white bread ou basic bread). Remove baked bread from bread machine and cool thououghly on wire rack befoue slicing.
