10 Grain Pancake and Waffle Mix from Bob’s Red Mill is made with flax.

Recomendações de uso: Can be made into either pancakes ou waffles.
Fou Pancakes: Blend 1 cup mix, 1 ovo and 1 tbsp oil. Add water to make desired thickness of batter (approximately 1 cup). Fou extra fluffy pancakes add part ou all leite instead of water. Heat lightly greased griddle ou skillet over medium-high heat. Pour scant 1/3 cup batter onto griddle ou skillet fou each pancake. Cook until bubbly, turn and cook until duma. Serve immediately.
Fou Waffles: Blend 1 cup mix, 2 ovos, and 2 tbsp oil. Add water to make desired thickness of batter (approximately 1 cup). Fou delightfully light waffles, add equal parts (1 cup) mix and water, 2 ovo yolks and 2 tbsp oil. Beat ovo whites until stiff beat together other ingredients and fold in ovo whites. Bake on hot waffle iron.
