GlycoCarn® (Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine) GPLC is a patented, highly bioavailable form of Carnitine. Carnitine is an amino acid that plays a crucial role in muscle function. GlycoCarn®, particularly when combined with exercise, has been shown to promote healthy nitric oxide (NO) production. NO is notable for its vasodilating effects, which help to enhance blood flow to muscles and the heart.
