For children six months to one year of age, take 2.5 mL or 1/2 tsp up to four four times daily (every six hours) or as directed by a licensed health care professional. For children one to three years of age, take 5 mL or 1 tsp up to six times daily (every four hours) or as directed by a licensed health care professional.
