FOR COOLING RELIEF: Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or put in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to desired temperature. Take out and gently place the soft fleece side of the mask over tired, strained eyes to relieve puffiness and swelling. [The gel side of the mask should be facing outward, away from the eyes.] Or place over hot spots to relieve over-heated skin. [Also great over forehead for temporary headache relief.] Provides soothing relief after a hard, stressful day.
