Fenugreek oil, however, comes from fenugreek seeds, and fenugreek seeds have been used since ancient times.
Fenugreek oil has an earthy, mellow aroma and blends beautifully with cinnamon oil or other warm, spicy oils.
Use: Dilute 1 drop in 4 oz of liquid.
How To Use
Fenugreek Oil Uses:

Add a drop of fenugreek oil to a carrier oil and massage it into the skin as desired.

Diffuse fenugreek oil for an earthy, pleasant-smelling experience.

Add a drop to a glass of water and gargle with it.

Add a drop to shampoo or conditioner.
