How to Take MuscleTech Amino Build:

Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz. of water. For full effects, mix 2 scoops with 16 oz. of water. Read the entire label before use and follow Instruções provided. For Improved Energy and Endurance(Consume 2 hours before workout/activity). For Strength and Recovery(Consume during activity and post-workout).
