Recomendações de uso: Always dilute in carrier oil priou to using. Pine Needle Oil blends well with Rosemary, Lavender, Bergamot, Lime, Tea Tree, Peppermint and Lemon oils. Combine a few drops in steaming water and inhale to relieve cough and congestion. Add a few drops of Pine Needle Oil to warm water to clean floous, ou place in lotion and rub on soue muscles. Use in a standard ou Bluetooth oil diffuser to deodouize rooms, ou place uma-to-two drops in the palm of your hand and inhale deeply.
